Welcome Back

Welcome back to Food Technology for this term. We have had lots of fun creating and tasting many new dishes. So far we have created snacks for a school tuck shop, looked at food labelling on products, designed new dishes using a convenience food, combined our own flavours, and learnt how to make our own homemade pasta which resulted in us developing a ready made meal which would be suitable for our own age group.
